A Joint Venture with AbuIssa Holding, Deemah Stone was initiated in 1985 as Deemah Tiles Pty Ltd, led by Mr. Raymond Bechara. The company fused into Deemah Marble & Granite Pty Ltd in 1987 and soon became the leading stone company in the state of New South Wales (Australia). In 2007, Mr. Bechara started investigating new opportunities in Dubai and the UAE. Thus, Deemah Stone Marble and Tile Works LLC and Deemah Stone Qatar have joined with original local companies in tackling some of the more prestigious projects in the region. Works incorporate all faces of Internal and External Stonework, including Stone Cladding to high-rise buildings and Specialized Paving Works. The company has not forgotten its past and is still very active in all types of Tiling Works and Associated Ancillaries. Deemah Stone has also undertaken a number of large terrazzo paving projects for commercial centers by its ability to procure stone products and tiles from all over the world.
